a year agoStopped at St. Julian Winery where I came across this mobile! Service was excellent and the tacos were super good! The meat was soft and delicious and the tortillas were also soft and warm! The green salsa was exactly how I liked it. As a Mexican, I approve!

a year agoWhile this is at a gas station in no where Michigan I just say I was very impressed but the food we received. It came out in less than 5 minutes and was fresh. The meat was tender, the lettuce was crunchy and the flavor was on point.

Edited 3 years agoBest chicken tacos is southern Michigan! Great food, great service, great prices. “Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had.” I was getting “tacos” from Taco Bell when I see this mobile food trailer parked in the parking lot next door. A week later taking my lunch I decided to try it, great decision! I ordered two pork tacos and two pork tamales. On the taco order I was asked “American or Mexican style?” Obviously I answered “Mexican!” Now I eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants, I enjoy the small, authentic, mom & pop type places that generally have a family of women in the kitchen cooking. That being said, these are some of the best tacos I’ve had! Nothing fancy, just well seasoned meat topped with onion and cilantro and a lime wedge to squeeze on yourself. The corn tortillas, flour optional, were perfect with just a hint of crunch at the edges bringing a delicious layer of texture into each savory bite. I couldn’t put them down! Finishing off I moved on to the tamales. These were excellent as well, though not quite the same caliber as the tacos. The overall value here was excellent! I got two tacos and two tamales for under ten bucks! That’s a better deal than I’ve had for lesser quality food. I had good service and the food came out fast despite being quite busy, there were about seven people there ordering and waiting on food, it was about five to seven minutes total wait. Better than the run for the border drive-through next door! If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won’t regret it! Also, there is apparently a sit down restaurant of the same name uptown. I expect good things, I’ll let you know... Update: The restaurant in town IS as good if not better than the mobile. I tried it on a day the mobile was not in its usual place. Again, excellent food, great service, great prices.
